Heliox21 gas cylinder is a mixture of 79% Helium and 21% oxygen and supports patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions by significantly reducing the effort of breathing.
The product helps relieve symptoms by improving gas exchange in the alveoli, buying time for conventional clinical treatments to take effect.
The helium/oxygen mixture allows molecules to diffuse up to four times faster than through an equivalent oxygen/nitrogen mixture.
